Upcoming Events

Friday 23rd June 2023, 7:30 - 9pm

Gong Bath with Dawn Tottle

The fabulous Dawn Tottle will be hosting a stunning Sound Healing Meditation.

“I’m Dawn, and I’m very much looking forward to facilitating a sound healing meditation at the Fareham Positive Living Group for Luke. I trained in Nepal, over five months during three visits where I became a Nada yoga teacher and sound medicine healer. I have been performing these wonderful meditations for the past six years at public and private events.

I will take you on a journey that is completely different to any other that you have experienced, and during that time you will be lying on a mat, made comfortable by a cushion and blanket, which you will bring with you. The benefits of this beautiful meditation will reduce stress, deepen sleep, improve immunity and digestion, and most importantly allow you the time to just stop and be still.”

LIMITED AVAILABILITY - due to being laid on mats we can only accommodate a maximum of 10 people at this event.

Friday 7th July 2023, 7:30 - 9pm

Ho'oponopono with Jackie White

Jackie White talking about The Magic and Simplicity of Ho'oponopono.

"We mostly live remembering yesterday, believing if something has happened before it will happen again! Everything we say, do, believe, think, and act upon, is all from memories. Understanding Ho'oponopono provides the delete button that we can use to bring us to Zero, clearing us of old data, old memories, and old tapes replaying. It helps us live from inspiration, rather than the thousands of thoughts we think daily - where probably over 90% of them are the same thoughts as we had the day before.

Ho'oponopono is the simplest and most effective way I have found to live; it may not resonate with you and that is fine but if it does it can have miraculous effects on your life."

Jackie has run the Southampton Positive Living Group since April 2013 and in that time has hosted many wonderful speakers. Trained as a Happiness Coach and Ho’oponopono Practitioner Jackie combines the two in her everyday life and really loves to share that knowledge with others.

Returning Friday 8th September with Kate May talking about Astrology and Tarot - details to follow.
