Gentle Yoga & Sound Bath with Luke
Fridays 17th October, 14th November, 5th December 2025, 7-8pm

Join a relaxing class dedicated to finding a moment of calm and peace.
Luke will guide you through a very gentle yoga practice. This will be a floor based practice similar to the warm-ups that Luke teaches in his regular classes.
Following this, Luke will spend 30 minutes guiding you through a sound healing mediation practice using crystal singing bowls.
This is a beautiful hour of mind, body and spirit connection.

Natural Soap Making Workshop with Luke

Join us for a creative morning of soap-tastic fun!
​
During this workshop you will learn a step-by-step soap making process for making all-natural soaps that are perfume-free, gentle on the skin and kind on the environment.
We will be infusing the soaps with essential oils, home grown botanicals and natural colourings.
This informative and enjoyable practice will allow you to scratch that creative itch and come away with your own loaf of all-natural soap (approx 10 bars). You will also be given your own instructions to be able to make further natural soaps in your own home.
What a great opportunity to make some wonderfully personal Christmas gifts for your loved ones, too.

'Woo Woo' Club with Luke & Karen

Join Karen Baldwin & Luke Voulgarakis for an hour of spiritual exploration. This is a meet-up group for those interested in all things woo! Each meet-up will be a unique and special experience, as Karen & Luke guide the group through practices, philosophy and great conversation. If you're open minded and love exploring alternative ideas, you are fully welcome at Woo Woo Club. You are also welcome to come along with your own experiences and practices to share with the group. This is a community gathering for kind hearted and like-minded spiritual souls, and we hope for it to grow, mold and develop together along the way.

Winter Solstice Celebration with Karen & Luke

Embrace the magic that the darkness bears as we mindfully sip ceremonial cacao, a magical plant medicine full of health benefits, and a beautiful heart opener.
​
We'll then lay down on mats to get all cosy and warm, with blankets and bolsters and essential oils filling the room, ready for Karen to guide you into the most transformable power of the solstice night, setting your intentions for this magical journey.
​
As you lie still in the night, you will hear the harmonic vibrations of the crystal singing bowls played by Luke, leading you into a calming meditative state.
​
Upon awakening, we will enjoy some festive tea, good conversation and some guidance with tarot cards.

New Years Eve Board Games Night with Love Board Games

Join Luke & Alex for an alternative New Years Eve, as we welcome in 2026 with an evening of board games, connection and good giggles.

Fed up pf expensive, boozy new years? This is an alcohol-free event, at just £15 per person. Soft drinks, teas, coffees and snacks will be provided.

New Year's Day: Release, Renew & Receive workshop with Luke
Thursday 1st January 2026, 6-9pm

Join Luke to welcome in the New Year, with an evening of releasing, renewing and receiving...
​
Release - We'll be identifying the things from 2025 that didn't serve us, along with any worries we may have entering 2026. We'll then be taking these negative energies down to the Wallington River and physically releasing them. After this we will return and get warmed up with some festive tea.
​
Renew - We're going to have a good smudge (sage & palo santo burning) to cleanse the energies, followed by the chanting of Krishna Das to "Om Namah Shivaya", with the option to chant along, add movement and play percussion instruments. We'll then lay for a soothing sound bath to lock that good energy in.
​
Receive - After the sound bath, Luke will guide you through a visualisation, as you imagine, sense and feel your desires for 2026.
