Gentle Yoga & Sound Bath with Luke
Friday 20th September 7-8pm

Join a relaxing class dedicated to finding a moment of calm and peace. Luke will guide you through a very gentle yoga practice. This will be a floor based practice similar to the warm-ups that Luke teaches in his regular classes. Following this, Luke will spend 30 minutes guiding you through a sound healing mediation practice using crystal singing bowls. This is a beautiful hour of mind, body and spirit connection. ​

Suitable for beginners and those who just wish to experience some deep relaxation.

6 Week Beginners Hatha Yoga Course with Rahul Verma

6 week beginners course, starting Saturday 7th September for 6 consecutive weeks. 11am-12pm.

Join a welcoming, relaxed and supportive Hatha Yoga class with Rahul. This class is hosted with beginners in mind but all levels are welcomed, as a beginners mindset is a true yoga mindset.

"My name is Rahul, I have had a passion for yoga for many years and have now embarked on a 200 hour yoga teacher training course in Hatha and Vinyasa Flow as well as Yin Yoga. Yoga offers excellent benefits by bringing together the mind, body and breath into one integrated practice. I'm a firm believer in making yoga accessible to all, using understandable terms, and offering modifications and props to ensure all my students can participate in my classes. In this peaceful private studio, classes are suitable for all experience, body type and fitness level. This is a ‘no expectations’ environment - you don’t need to be able to touch your toes, you don’t need to be a certain figure, and you don’t have to keep up with the rest of the class.

Grab your friends and come along. Games and refreshments will be provided, or bring your own.

There will be 5 tables and a variety of games suitable to all levels and interests. Whether you're a novice or a frequent gamer, we'll find you a game and some buddies to enjoy an evening with.

"I will be offering an introduction to Mindfulness, Journaling and Meditation, to help better manage stress and anxiety in your life. I will guide you through practices, that you can practice at home and incorporate into your own daily life."

Spiritual Symbolism with Livtar Kaur

Spiritual symbols for helping us to understand the subconscious mind, with Livtar Kaur.
A workshop looking at some of the common signs and symbols that we often see in meditation and what they mean, helping us to develop an understanding of some of the more common symbols, their origins and meanings.

As spiritual beings having a human experience on Earth, we have always questioned things, particularly our existence on Earth, such as...
- Why are we here?
- Where do we come from?
- What happens after death?
- What is the meaning behind the natural phenomena around us?

Join a workshop where you will find some of the answers to some of your reflections and questions, start to understand the difference between a sign and symbol, experience a beautiful yoga set and deep meditation and receive some worksheets with basic symbols and interpretations.

An Evening of Tarot with Luke

Join Luke for an interactive evening of Tarot.

During this session you will learn about the tarot cards, have the chance to practice reading them, and enjoy a mini reading with Luke.

Total beginners absolutely welcome, no experience of reading tarot required at all.

This is a very informal event and a great opportunity to have a bit of fun with like minded people.

Natural Soap Making Workshop with Luke

Join us for a creative morning of soap-tastic fun!
During this workshop you will learn a step-by-step soap making process for making all-natural soaps that are perfume-free, gentle on the skin and kind on the environment.
We will be infusing the soaps with essential oils, home grown botanicals and natural colourings.
This informative and enjoyable practice will allow you to scratch that creative itch and come away with your own loaf of all-natural soap (approx 10 bars). You will also be given your own instructions to be able to make further natural soaps in your own home.

Inner Feng Shui with Livtar Kaur

In this workshop we will be using the ancient Chinese Art of Feng Shui for Inner Development.
Feng Shui is an ancient Chinese Art and science that teaches us how to live in harmony with the earth. Feng Shui is often used to help people with their surroundings, their lay out of furniture in the house, including which way beds face, particular plants for particular rooms and certain colour schemes.
But did you know that there is also Feng Shui for the mind? It is known as Inner or Internal Feng Shui.
Internal Feng Shui helps you unlock the internal Qi, life force energy, to help you attain what you wish to achieve in life.
In this beginners workshop we will be working with the elements of fire, water and metal to assist us with healing and transformation in our lives and developing a simple understanding of how internal Feng Shui can help our minds.

Shakti Medicine with Livtar Kaur

A powerful Ayurvedic workshop exploring how to nourish our wellness, honour our ancestors and heal any ancestral wounds.
Shakti is a word used to describe the the feminine principle energy in the universe, it is movement, creation, emotion, pleasure, sex, birth, ecstasy, dance, laughter , crying, shaking and pain and it is important that this energy is always in balance with the masculine energy, which is known as Shiva.
Shiva is all that is formless in the universe, such as thought and consciousness and is regarded as the supreme Lord who creates, protects and transforms the universe. We are our own universe so we can then use Shakti medicine to harnesses the divine kundalini feminine energy using Kundalini Yoga, by creating spaciousness for Shakti to thrive and move within us as the energy flows up to meet and balance with Shiva, and Ayurveda as a unique approach to self healing.
In this very simple beginners workshop we will look at some basic Ayurvedic principles to assist us in our own healing , we shall explore the use of food, breath and sound, the use of herbs and look at how the Moon can influence us.
