Every Monday from 7 - 8 pm, Luke hosts an informal meditation class where people of all experience levels come together to enjoy a guided meditation practice and a nice cup of tea.  It's a super no pressure, no expectations kind of group, where people are welcomed with kindness and non-judgement, to simply experience an hour of much needed peace. This practice is seated in chairs, you may bring along blankets or cushions for comfort.

£10 per person, pre-booking required.
