Weekend Wellbeing Retreat

North Devon

Set in the stunning hamlet of Newton St. Petrock in the North Devonshire countryside, we will enjoy daily yoga and sound bath meditation practices, along with crafting activities, personal development workshops, nutritious food and some self-exploration time.  The retreat will be catered by the wonderful Jaysheree of Sonu's Kitchen, who will also be hosting an Indian cooking demonstration for us. Once the group is fully booked, we will collectively decide on what other activities to incorporate at your bespoked wellbeing retreat.  Options include: nautral soap making, forest schooling, etheric cord cutting mediation, past life regression, vision board creation, tarot workshop and more...

Retreats are held at the Petrock Holiday Cottages near Holsworthy.  It's an intimate pair of holiday cottages offering 4 bedrooms / with 5-8 guests.
