Sound Bath Meditation Classes

Join Luke for a relaxing, no-expectations meditation class.

During his classes you will be guided through some breath work and mindfulness in order to relax both your body and mind, before enjoying a journey through sound as Luke plays his crystal singing bowls.  The class will be laid down on yoga mats, with blankets and bolsters available for comfort. There are also chairs available if you would prefer a seated option.

Classes are by donation: £5 or £10

 

Luke also hosts a monthly Gentle Yoga & Sound Bath class, for the ultimate mind and body relaxation. ​
