1. A standing order must be set up in order to activate and maintain your pass.

2. Passholders will need to book their classes online and will be given a unique discount code to be used when booking classes via www.bookwhen.com/lukevoulgarakis, which will reduce the cost of classes by 100%. This code can only be used for classes with Luke, up to and including the value of £12 per class.

3. Luke asks that all passholders respect the yogic belief of 'Asteya' (non-stealing). Your unique discount code must not be shared with or used for other people. Violation of this will result in your pass being cancelled without refund.

4. Cancellations: Within the theme of Asteya, Luke kindly requests that when booking classes that you ensure you attend, as not to waste the spaces. Should you need to cancel, it is asked that you give as much notice as feasibly possible. 'No-shows' will not be tolerated, and repeated disregard of Asteya may result in your pass being cancelled without refund.

5. Luke reserves the right to cancel classes due to low numbers, holidays, sickness or other circumstances he deems reasonable.  These are accounted for within the cost of the membership and refunds will not be permitted. Regular cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances will be considered for a proportionate refund.

6. Don't forget to book your monthly Reiki Treatment, Sound Bath or Tarot Reading. You can also do this via the booking link (see point 2) using the same discount code. Please ensure to select the 30 minute option upon booking, to the value of £25.

7. Passes will be active on a rolling calendar month. For example, if you purchase your pass on 4th June, it will renew on the 4th of every month thereafter. During this rolling month you are able to book any scheduled classes listed above, subject to availability. You can also book a 30 minute one-to-one Reiki Treatment or Tarot Reading with Luke each rolling month, too.

8. There's no commitment, you can cancel at anytime. Kindly note that all payments are final, however. 

9. Luke will endeavor to keep passholders updated with any 'pop-up' classes that can be accessed with the unlimited pass.
