I’m in better health than I’ve been for years

I’ve talked a lot recently about how things have energetically changed for me. How I did a lot of work during the latter half of last year, with a determination not to take my negative energy into 2025. And it bloody worked!

But I haven’t necessarily stopped to realise how well my health is doing, too.

I went on a ketogenic journey last year, and while I’ve currently fallen off the keto bandwagon - what I have noticed is that it gave my body a desperately needed re-set. My energy levels, mood, anxiety, blood pressure and sleeplessness have all improved.

And even more fascinatingly, I’ve gone down a bit of a slippery sugar slope again recently, and the sleepless nights have started to creep in again. It’s like my body is trying to warn me!

“If you listen to your body when it whispers, you won’t have to hear it scream”

So I’m going to have to make a big effort to get myself back off the sugar again. I just have a Vienetta to finish first! 🙈🤭

I should also mention that I found an amazing new supplement for thyroid health. It’s been a total game changer! I found this amazing article about hypothyroidism. For anyone who suffers…this is a must read:

I know I keep banging on about it, but I genuinely feel like 2025 is a total re-birth for me, my business, my energy and my health. It’s feels like everything is falling into place. Exactly how it was always meant to.

Because without everything that’s happened in the previous 6 years of business (and life!), I wouldn’t be so appreciative of what I have now. Of how good ‘good’ actually feels.

Here’s to the shit show! It’s bent me, broken me and reshaped me in so many ways. But it’s also crafted me into today’s version of me. It’s hasn’t just made me stronger, it’s make me fucking unstoppable!!
